Robert Cartwright is a master colorist and stylist and is a graduate of Paul Mitchell Academy. A Chicago native, Robert began his professional career in 2002 at a family owned salon in North Miami where he worked for six years. Robert was also a hair stylist at Univision Television Network in Miami. He then worked at SAMY Salon on South Beach and, during this time, he worked at several fashion shows, including Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Miami and for many magazine shoots. In addition, Robert has styled several celebrities’ hair such as Hailey Duff, Christina Millian, Nick Zano, Rachel Specter, Miss Universe 2009, Peter Miller and many more. He is certified by Redken in Color Connection and by Color Science in Advanced Mineral Makeup Application “Camouflage Techniques.” Robert is also certified by Ultra Tress and Hot Heads extensions and by Paul Brown for thermal straightening. Although this is just a brief preview of what Robert has done, he has a very extensive and impressive resume that he has built over the years.
